You can find Arcade Pinball machines in Crow’s Nest Diners. These diners are at outposts and parking spots all over the map.
One such Diner can be found at the Outpost called “Longwythe Rest Area” in Leide (where the game starts, you go here during an early main quest). Just interact with the machine and exit it. You don’t actually have to win anything, quitting out will unlock the trophy.
