Dremuchij (2nd Visit) is the 4th region in Metal Gear Solid 3 Delta: Snake Eater.
Collectibles Overview:
Dremuchij East
You can get the 
Ralph Called trophy as soon as you gain control of Snake. You now have access to the Cure menu, open it up and rotate the right stick over and over for about a minute, unpause the game and Snake will throw up.
Weapon (M1911A1) – Automatically obtained story weapon. You start with this weapon.
Kerotan #6 + Ga-Ko #6 – Shortly after you start, move forward to a larger area with patches of grass and trees, to your left you will see some stumps and logs that form what looks like a small shelter, you will find the Kerotan here, just to the right you will also see the Ga-Ko here.
Medicinal Plant (C Med) – Turn around from where you shot the kerotan, go directly forward to find this plant between two patches of grass against a wall. Looks like a purple flower on the ground.
Medicinal Plant (Disinfect) – Roughly in the middle of the area, between the two logs that lay sideways on the ground, is a tiny yellow flower at the base of a tree.
Flying Squirrel – In the middle of this area, look at the trees, every so often a flying squirrel will glide between and climb up the trees here. Check each tree and keep an eye out for it gliding between them.
Dremuchij North (2nd Visit)
Trophy: Taste the Poison – You can use the second snake in this area “Snake A (King Cobra)” for a quick trophy. Capture the snake in the patch of grass alive where the enemies will come from (not the green snake hanging from a tree). Equip it and throw it at a guard, the snake will bite and poison the guard for Taste the poison!. Reload your save from the start of the area afterwards as this will kill the guard.
Snake F (Green Tree Python) – After dropping down the ledge, just ahead of you hanging off of a tree in plain sight. Make sure to not go past as you will trigger a cutscene and lose your weapon and will have to come back to get this after you meet EVA in Rassvet.
Important: From this point if you didn’t start on very easy and therefore don’t have the EZ Gun, you won’t have any weapons until you meet EVA in Rassvet, so you can’t get some of the below collectibles. After you have a weapon, return to this area (and point in the guide) then follow on from here. This guide has been written on the assumption that you have the EZ Gun, if you do then disregard this advice.
Ga-Ko #7 – Following the cutscene with The Boss, on top of a burnt tree by the wreckage of the plane.
Snake A (King Cobra) – Go directly ahead to find this snake in the first patch of grass you come across, where the two guards are coming from right after the cutscene.
Kerotan #7 – Go right after collecting Snake A to see a tree on the left you can climb up, at the top, turn around and look just to the right to find this on the rocky area.
After collecting everything here backtrack to Dremuchij Swamp by taking the southwest exit.
Dremuchij Swampland (2nd Visit)
Ga-Ko #8 – When entering the swamp, stand on the middle island and look at the fallen tree on the left.
Kerotan #8 – On the rightmost patch of land from the swamp, you will find this behind a few trees on the right.
Now backtrack to Dremuchij South by taking the south exit.
Dremuchij South (2nd Visit)
Medicinal Plant (Splint) – Just before the log you crawl under after entering the area, at the base of a tree on the left. Little purple flower.
Markhor (Food) – Right where you started this area in the Virtuous Mission, after moving under the log. Looks like a big goat. Knife it to collect its meat and eat it.
European Rabbit (Food) – In the same area as the Markhor, where the game started.
Ga-Ko #9 – In the same area where the Markhor was, where the game started. Look south at the cliffs, it sits on one of the rocks on the cliff. Has some gray camo, you can only see its yellow head. Slightly outside the bounds of the map.
Kerotan #9 – After where you crawled under the log it’ll be in the side area to the right, it’s beyond a tree log you can climb over. You should easily be able to see this on the far end on top of a rocky area.
Chaff Grenade (Weapon) – Climb over the log into the area where the kerotan was, it’s an item pickup there.
Medicinal Plant (Styptic) – In the same area as the Chaff Grenade, at the base of some trees in the back right of this area. Looks like a small green plant (not a flower), blends in with the other plants.
Now backtrack to Dremuchij North and then take the northern exit to proceed with the story.
