Metaphor: ReFantazio contains 50 Gold Beetle Locations, 3 of which are missable. For the “All That Glitters” trophy/achievement you will need to collect at least 46 of the 50 Gold Beetles and trade them in at Port Brilehaven. Since you only need 46 Beetles, you can skip any 4, so it doesn’t matter if you didn’t grab the missables.
This guide will cover all Gold Beetles in order of the Schedule in the 100% Walkthrough. Keep in mind that some Gold Beetles will not appear until later in the story, despite the location being fully accessible. Beetles that don’t appear until later will be mention the time under the location.

There’s one I can’t find any mention in the guide in the Calendula Region Goblin’s Nest. In the northwestern place on the map in the bottom right bend of that area
