On the main path once you get to the portion with the Quagsire in the watering hole to your left you will see a Beautifly on a tree, run a scan until the Beautifly flies off the tree and starts flying toward the Venusaur. Once it gets close to the Venusaur throw an illumina orb at the Venusaur to make Beautifly stop and suck on the flower on its back for this pose.
