Silent Hill f All Omamori Locations

September 22, 2025 by Archavia 9 Comments

Silent Hill f contains 40 Omamoris. 17 of these are hidden and found throughout the game, while the other 23 can be purchased from Hokora Shrines using Faith. Finding all Omamoris will unlock the following trophies:

  • All Hidden Omamoris – :bronze: Omamori Sage
  • All Purchasable Omamoris – :bronze: Omamori Collector

Omamoris are equippable upgrades. Hidden Omamoris can be found throughout the game, and some will only appear on New Game+. These are different from the Hokora Omamoris that are purchased at Hokora Shrines. Each type will have their own trophy. Any Omamoris you have already found will be replaced with offerings on subsequent playthroughs.

New Game (First Playthrough)

Ebisugaoka First Visit

Omamori 1: Whale
Once you enter a house, go upstairs to find a Bloody Key. Then enter the room opposite to find a Back Door Key on a table. Instead of going onto the balcony with the Bloody Key, go back downstairs and use the Back Door Key. Climb down the ladder and turn around to spot this Omamori.

Shrine Path

Omamori 2: Cat
As you progress through the Shrine Path, you will find a locked door which starts the Shrine Vault Puzzle. This will open up the whole area and allow you to interact with the walls of emas as part of the puzzle. While doing this puzzle, In the western section of emas, there will be a wall covered in worn-down ema, and one Cat ema that you can interact with. Turn it around and this Omamori will be behind it for you to grab. This must be found before you grab the Sacred Key after completing the puzzle, as you won’t be able to come back here after grabbing the key!

Ebisugaoka Second Visit

Omamori 3: Pine
Once you start walking north alongside the fields, you will find the Doctor’s House on the left. It will be locked, but you can get inside by climbing a ladder in the back. Go downstairs and interact with the chest on table. Rotate around to the left and open the top left drawer to find a Drawer Key inside.

Go upstairs and use the key on the drawers, then read the note inside. Now when you leave the room, the previously locked room next to you will be open. Go inside and open these drawers to find the Omamori inside.

Omamori 4: Spider
Now continue north all the way to Sennensugi Shrine. You will find a Key to Sakuko’s Mailbox next to a letter, by some rocks to the left of the gate.

With the Key to Sakuko’s Mailbox, backtrack all the way to the beginning of this area, at the General Store. Now head northwest and take the alley to Sakuko’s house. Use the key to open the mailbox.

Corridors

Omamori 5: Hawk
After arriving at the Sacred Door, continue east and enter the room that the enemy comes out of. This will be sitting on a chest by the window.

Omamori 6: Blessed Hand Mirror
Once you open the Sacred Door, you will be in a room with a Hokora Shrine and a bunch of supplies. Next to a Medkit will be this item. This is breakable, so if you die with it equipped you will lose it. More will appear later in the game before other boss fights if you break it. This will only appear on Story action difficulty, but it is not required for the trophy for finding all Hidden Omamoris.

Ebisugaoka Middle School

Omamori 7: Wolf
Inside Tsuchiya Taiko’s Locker, which can be unlocked with the code 377.

Worship Hall

Omamori 8: Bull
In the eastern area. After getting the key from the Light Puzzle, don’t go back to the main hall immediately. Instead, go into the locker room and the room in the back right will now be open. Go inside to find this Omamori.

Ebisugaoka Fourth Visit

Omamori 9: Horse
After going through an area with a pond, you will go upstairs and see a wooden bridge. Once you cross the bridge, take the right path to find this in front of a shrine.

Main Hall

Omamori 10: Crow
After completing the first ritual and you are back on the first floor, go south one room and open the metal door. Inside will be these items next to each other.

Ebisugaoka Fifth Visit

Omamori 11: Suzuran
After completing a forced fight and going down the hill some more, there will be a house on your left. Approach it and an enemy will rush out from the right side. Kill it, then go to where it came from to find this inside a crate.

Shimizu Residence

Omamori 12: Cuckoo
After completing the Ominous Photo Puzzle and picking up the second crest, the screen will flash red and you will hear a growl. This will indicate that new monsters have spawned throughout the area, but more importantly it also triggers a new hidden room opening. Go through the Calendar doors into the third area, then go right down the hallway past the Hokora Shrine. There will now be a section of the wall that is open. Go down the hallway and through the doors to find this sitting on a bloody desk.

Treasure Hall

Omamori 13: Hound
When going through the rooms to find the first crest. After going through the correct door that the Fox Statue points at, go through the first door on your right to find this.

New Game+ (Second Playthrough)

On New Game+, you will now be able to open Inari-sama Boxes and Doors using the Brooch. These will allow you to find new omamoris.

Shrine Path

Omamori 14: Shrew Mole
During the Shrine Vault Puzzle, you will be able to access a new section in the southeast. Cross the bridge to the large tree, then go behind it to find a shoe box that you can open.

Ebisugaoka Middle School

Omamori 15: Rabbit
Once outside, go to the western side and climb through a window into a classroom, where you hear a crackling radio. This shoe box will be in the back.

Worship Hall

Omamori 16: Swallow
In the western area, shimmy through the gap in the wall to the south to find a door you can open. Inside you will find both items.

Ebisugaoka Fourth Visit

Omamori 17: Goat
Once you reach the mountain hut where you get the gate key, you will be able to go inside. This will be sitting directly in front of you as you enter.

Your warning on Omamori 2: Cat is wrong. You can’t interact with any of the other emas after solving the puzzle, but you can still interact with the cat one.

I added that warning in today as 3 people told me they weren’t able to get the Cat Omamori after completing getting the 3 solutions. A bit of conflicting information in regards to it, I’ll keep a warning just in case but reword it.

Does anyone know if you are able to get the cat omamori in new game+ if you missed it, or should I just restart my save file?

The Blessed Hand Mirror Omamori doesn’t appear before Sakako on Hard Difficulty and 99% sure it does not on Lost in the Fog either.

As for the Cat Omamori, it didn’t even spawn for me (Hard) until after getting all 3 symbols/the dial.

It appears the Blessed Hand Mirror only appears on Story action difficulty, but I’m fairly certain it isn’t required for the Hidden Omamori trophy. I’ll make a note of that.

Had a lot of mixed comments about the Cat Omamori that contradict each other, some saying that they couldn’t get it if they found the 3 symbols first, others saying they couldn’t get it until after finding the 3 symbols first.

Did you preorder the game or get the Deluxe Edition? If so, there’s a total of 41 omamori with the 41st being the one you have from the start.

I was unable to get the cuckoo omamori. I have the second crest and have gone to Shimizu Resident III, check the corridor on the right, just past the hokora, and there is no opening.
