There are 3 antenna rooms throughout the game. The antennas are blue glowing objects that will make Trico go crazy. He will then try to attack and eat you. Being eaten by him is required to progress in the story and results in a cutscene.
For this trophy, however, you must evade him for 3 minutes without being eaten. Just run around him in big circles for 3 minutes. You can do this at any Antenna. If you get eaten quickly pause the game and restart checkpoint.
