Joju-u-u Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) is found in the Faron region, directly southwest of Lakeside Stable.

This is a puzzle shrine, based around reassembling broken bridges to cross gaps.
1. Head into the shrine, and you’ll notice there are a number of segmented bridges around the area. You need to interact with these to get through the shrine. Go to the first broken one and grab the piece farthest to the end and stick it to the single piece hanging from the next platform, creating a full bridge you can cross.
2. Head to the next section for a similar puzzle, but this time you need to attach the bridge so you can jump off the side to progress. The bridge is too long to just attach the end one and be able to reach it, so grab the 4th section from the end and attach that instead, which holds the bridge high enough for you to reach the next platform.
3. In the next area there isn’t anything to stick the bridge to at the end, so you need to raise it another way. Grab the nearby block and place it underneath the post sticking out of the wall. Then grab the end of the bridge and pull it over top of the post and down so that you can stick it to the block, which will hold the bridge up.
4. Now you could progress right to the end, but you can reach the chest using this final bridge. Stand off it on the end and grab a part in the middle (make sure you aren’t standing on the bridge at all or you can’t lift it). Pull the bridge upward and you can stick it to the single section on the platform with the chest, allowing you to reach it to obtain a Large Zonaite.
Interact with the green altar at the end of the shrine for 1 Light of Blessing. It also restores your health and unlocks the shrine as a permanent fast travel point.
