Kamatukis Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) is found in the Akkala region.

This is a puzzle shrine, based around precisely hitting balls to knock them into switch spots.
1. For this shrine, you need to use the hanging lever and the block to knock the ball into the switch spot across, which will open the exit door. There is a second one of these puzzles to the left to reach the chest, but you should try the exit one first as it’s easier. Attach the block centered to the post above, then grab it and pull it back. You want to aim so it hits the ball forward and left slighty, so that it avoids the hill to the right of the platform. If you mess up, hit the stone to the right to respawn the ball. You have to hit the ball quite hard to make it cross the gap, so make sure to raise the block as high as you can vertically.
2. Once you’ve completed the first one and opened the door, head to the left area where you can repeat this for a chest. This switch is closer and is moving back and forth, so you need to time your hit carefully. Pull back about 3/4 of the way to being horizontal, then release when the switch platform is about halfway back to the middle from one of the edges. You can judge this by the edge of the block being at about the center of the hole. This one may take a few tries to get the timing down. Once you do it correctly you can grab a 15-power Mighty Zonaite Longsword from the chest before exiting the shrine.
Interact with the green altar at the end of the shrine for 1 Light of Blessing. It also restores your health and unlocks the shrine as a permanent fast travel point.
