Sifumum Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) is found in the Faron region.

Sifumim Shrine Solution
This is a combat shrine, based around dealing enemies on floating platforms.
1. Enter the shrine, and you’ll have all your gear taken away and need to deal with all of the Constructs only using what you pick up inside. Grab the items from the left and head forward, watching out for if the Constructs spot you. You don’t start this area with a bow, so you’ll need to defeat one of the Constructs first to obtain one. Before going after them, fuse the two stone barrels on the ledge to your weapons to strengthen them.
2. Wait for one of the platforms to come by, then jump on. On the second level of each, there is typically items to pick up.
3. If you jumped on a platform without a Construct, wait for one of the central area platforms to start floating by and try to get to it and take out the Construct so you can get a bow.
4. Once you’ve got a bow, start using this to take out the other Constructs. You can move around to the other platforms when safe to grab more materials to use, and try to grab the materials dropped by the ones you defeat as they give more arrows as well.
5. Watch out for the Construct on the central platform as it’s the strongest one. If you reach the platform without it being aware of you, you can use the items on the platform such as the explosive barrels or Ice Fruit to deal with it more easily. If it gets knocked in the water it also will lose all its health without you needing to keep attacking it. Once all the Constructs are defeated the exit door opens.
Interact with the green altar at the end of the shrine for 1 Light of Blessing. It also restores your health and unlocks the shrine as a permanent fast travel point.
