Taunhiy Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is found on Courage Island in the Hyrule Ridge region.
Taunhiy Shrine Location
For this shrine you will need to land at the top of Courage Island from the Lindor’s Brow Skyview Tower launch. Landing on this island you will see a spot to activate a Zonai Switch:
The Zonai Switch will activate a green ring at the end of the island:
Jump through the ring and you will have to navigate while falling through the green rings leading to another part of the island below which unlocks this shrine.
Taunhiy Shrine Solution
This shrine will be a combat archery shrine.
- You will step into a room and need to take out a single enemy with 3 shots in the middle of the room using only a bow while midair. Throughout the entire room you will a bunch of air vents pushing air into the air. What you will want to do is head over to one of the vents and jump and instantly pull out your glider by tapping
in quick succession to blow you into the air. While falling down simply use 
to pull out your bow and enter a state of slow motion falling. Use 
to shoot 3 arrows at the enemy in the middle to advance in the shrine. - Once you have landed your 3 shots at the enemy 2 more will show up and you will need to take care of all the enemies. This time each of the 3 enemies will only need to be shot once. One will remain in the center, another on the far side of the room and the final one will be moving, chasing you around. Once you shoot all 3 enemies once each (Does NOT need to be done in one jump, you can simply jump back into the air using any of the air vents) you will be cleared to head into the innermost chamber.
- Head into the innermost chamber and you can open the chest with a Strong Construct Bow in it.
Interact with the green gate at the end of the shrine for 1 Light of Blessing. It will also restore your health and unlocks the shrine as a permanent fast travel point.
