Hagios Patir – Lower Level is the sixth area of the game. This area includes the fourth interaction with Vikas which is required to progress Shirley‘s questline, along with her fourth and fifth interactions. There first interaction with Sklarm who is required to progress Vikas‘ question, and the third interaction with Feylia. There is also the first two Firebearers’ Codex items, which you need to collect the remaining of once you reach Hagios Patir – Upper Area near the end of the game.
Hagios Patir – Lower Level
Before Cleansing Stairs
This area only has one Branch which is located right before the area boss, so initial instructions are relative to the portal you enter the area from.
Item: Firebearer’s Codex, Part I – After exiting the portal into the area and going up the first elevator, take the path leading to the right through the room with the Pilgrim. On the balcony you can pick this up from beside a body.
NPCs: Shirley/Vikas – Follow the main path up to the first balcony to find Shirley and Vikas, exhaust their dialogue. All prior encounters must have been completed with both for them to appear here. Shirley/Vikas questlines #4
NPC: Stone – Continue up the stairs and back inside and Arrisa will comment on the group of Pilgrims looking at the far wall. Use the Ore Bell to call Stone. You can proceed to the Branch which is at the end of this path before the next stairs, then come back and to the location and speak with Stone to receive 6000 Crystals. Speak with him again and exhaust his dialogue. Stone questline #4 (optional)
Cleansing Stairs
NPCs: Sklarm- Go up the set of stairs where the large group of enemy Pilgrims is, then head left down the walkway. Past another group of four you can go up the stairs on the right to find Sklarm in the corner, exhaust his dialogue. Sklarm questline #1
Item: Firebearer’s Codex, Part III – Past the stairs where Sklarm is located, near an enemy Pilgrim on a body (green star in above image).
NPC: Feylia – Go right at the top of the stairs to the far end, and on the left you can find Feylia in the corner, exhaust her dialogue. Feylia questline #3
Boss: Choirmaster, the Inspector
Trophy/achievement 
Choirmaster, the Inspector
Frame Ability: Thunder Step – Obtained automatically after defeating Choirmaster, the Inspector boss.
Key Item: Inspector’s Emblem – Obtained automatically after defeating Choirmaster, the Inspector boss.
Nucleus: Clergy’s Nucleus – Obtained automatically after defeating Choirmaster, the Inspector boss.
NPC: Shirley – After defeating the Choirmaster, go back to the balcony where Shirley and Vikas were and Vikas should have left if you spoke with Sklarm. Speak with Shirley and exhaust her dialogue. Shirley questline #5
Normal Seal: Emerald Form – Go back to the lower area and interact with the pillar to use the Inspector’s Emblem and activate the stairs leading down. The seal is sitting near the pedestal past the enemy Pilgrims.
To continue to the next area go out the back of the room where there is a large hole in the ground and jump into it.
