Dragon’s Dogma 2 A Case of Sculptor’s Block Walkthrough

A Case of Sculptor’s Block is a side quest in Dragon’s Dogma 2. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the A Case of Sculptor’s Block side mission.

• Requirement: Complete Feast of Deception Main Quest
• Reward: 4500 XP, 18,500 G
• Quest Description: You happened upon the estate of a noble marked for its collection of sculptures, but it seems to be one masterpiece short. Perhaps a word with the sculptor himself is in order.

Objectives:

1. Visit Fulvio in Battahl
2. Make for the meeting place
3. Do extended battle with the griffin
4. Wait a few days, then check on Fulvio’s progress
5. Attend the unveiling at Klark’s estate

Starting Location: A Case of Sculptor’s Block

To start this quest, go in front of Klark’s Estate in the Noble Quarter in Vernworth and approach the man standing outside.

Visit Fulvio in Battahl

Klark wants you to meet with Fluvio about the sculpture he is making. You can find him inside the Fulvio’s Workshop building in Bakbattahl.

Make for the meeting place

Fulvio needs you to help him sketch a Griffin, and suggests you find a Medusa head to petrify it to make it easier. You are able to complete the quest without this, but the end result is worse and you get worse rewards.

Once you are ready to start, meet Fulvio at the Wasteland Griffin’s Nest location, which is in the area directly south of the Checkpoint Rest Town.

Do extended battle with the griffin

Now after arriving, follow Fulvio to where the Griffin nest is. If you’re not petrifying it, you’ll want to just fight it like normal, but not kill it very quickly. It will eventually fly away after you couple of minutes. If you are petrifying it, make sure to equip the Medusa Head in your inventory, then active it with the same toggle as your lantern and aim it at the Griffin to petrify it.

Wait a few days, then check on Fulvio’s progress

Now you will need to wait at least a day, then you can go back to Fulvio’s Workshop to speak with him about the sculpture.

Attend the unveiling at Klark’s estate

Finally head back to Vernworth to Klark’s Estate in the upstairs room for a scene of him unveiling the sculpture, which completes the quest.

This finishes the A Case of Sculptor’s Block side quest in Dragon’s Dogma 2.
