Far Cry New Dawn Adventures in Babysitting Walkthrough

Adventures in Babysitting is a Prosperity Specialist story mission in Far Cry New Dawn. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of Adventures in Babysitting Main Quest.

Adventures in Babysitting Starting Location

Arm the Traps

When you reach “Chateau Boshaw”, Sharky will enlist your help to defend the site from Highwaymen attack so that he can keep his cousin Hurk’s kid safe.

He’s got five high pressure pipe traps set up in the area, and he just needs your help to arm them . Go to each waypoint in turn and interact with the trap to arm each of the five traps.

Turn on Pressure Valve

Once all five traps are armed, follow the waypoint to the large valve and turn it to send pressure to the traps.

Talk to Sharky

Go back to Sharky and talk to him, and he will reward you with some of his home brew liquor.

Drink with Sharky

Walk over to the table and pick up the glass. Go ahead and drink.

What could possibly go wrong?

Reach Sharky’s Tower

Right. Seems you aren’t used to drinking jet fuel. When you come to, head out to the waypoint on the tower. You’re about to be swarmed by Highwaymen.

Defend West Pressure Pipe

Use the mounted gun nearby to quickly dispatch a horde of Highwaymen before they can reach the tower.

Defend East Pressure Pipe

When you have repelled the first wave, Sharky will tell you that they’re coming from the other direction. Turn around and use the mounted gun on the other side of the platform until the wave is defeated.

Defend Both Pressure Pipes

Don’t relax yet. Watch out for vehicles carrying multiple Highwaymen. A well placed rocket can wipe them out, and anyone nearby as a bonus.

Depending on how well you manage your threat, you might be better off not even using the mounted guns at this point and instead just using rockets and explosives. If at any point you have a large number of Highwaymen getting past you and into the facility, you’re better off using conventional weapons at ground level to wipe out anyone who is shooting at the pipes from the safety of the building interior. Luckily most of the enemies will be focused on shooting the pipes rather than you so you can get the drop on them, but damage from three or four enemies can add up quick, so stay ahead of the pack.

Once you’ve killed all the attacking Highwaymen, Sharky will admit that the plant is a terrible place to raise a baby, and will join you at Prosperity!
