Care Center Courtyard (Rhodes Hill) – Grace

Antique Coin #21
Courtyard: After opening the quartz door in Central Hall, go down the round staircase, then turn around and it’s on one of the chairs between the stairways. If you were still missing any Upgrades from the Parlor this is your final opportunity to buy them. There are more than the 17 coins needed to buy everything, so any additional coins can be discarded or put in the storage box.
Follow the path down and then left toward the helipad.

VIP Suite: After the cutscene in the courtyard, enter the next house to find this on the wooden cupboard.
File #43 – Note Regarding Research Results
VIP Suite: In the next room, on the main desk.
Key Item: Hourglass
VIP Suite: Same desk, inspect the hourglass and from each side interact with it to loosen the screws and take out the glass. You can let the sand run out, inspect and turn the hourglass to see a code inside “U = 380,000”. However, this is seemingly not used for anything and just there to distract from the real puzzle solution (which is the next item in wine bottle).
Key Item: Double Helix Model
VIP Suite: Same room, inspect the wine bottle and rotate it to reveal a hidden helix inside of it. Insert it on the lectern at the desk.

Reception: After using the helix to activate the elevator, it’s on the Reception desk (next to typewriter).
File #45 – Subject 170 Record
Collection & Testing: From the typewriter go downstairs, you find this near the exit of Collection & Testing on a stretcher.
File #46 – Grace Ashcroft Blood Analysis Report
Private Lab: From previous file go upstairs and through the next door to find this on a desk.
Mr. Raccoon #9
Private Lab: Same room, on another desk.
Key Item: Helicopter Key
Private Lab: Same room, on CCTV desk.
Afterward, interact with the PC where you got the Helicopter Key, click “Authorize”, go through the door. Go past the typewriter and downstairs to Collection & Testing where a bunch of zombies will now be appearing from the tanks. Immediately turn right where you can pick up a Disposal Tank from the wall, which when sprayed on the zombies will cause them to explode. Use this to cross the room to the now open doorway near where you picked up the file, then progress through the rest of the area on the linear path back to the helicopter.

Weapon: Classic 70 (Sniper Rifle)
Automatically equipped as soon as you play Leon again. After the first playthrough you won’t have this to pick up, so make sure you buy one of the snipers from the box for this section.
Mr. Raccoon #10
As soon as you play Leon again, climb over the window in front of you. Go straight across the roof until you drop down on the left side. You will see a staircase in front of you. Go to the top of the staircase but DON’T go through the wooden door yet. Turn left at the staircase and aim down at the lit lamps in the garden area. The Mr. Raccoon sits on the pedestal one of the garden lights is on, must shoot it with the scoped sniper from a distance. One of the best hidden Mr. Raccoons. Where the staircase ends you want to turn in a 90° angle and look through the opening between the staircase and the metal fence, aim down slightly and look under the second garden light.
The next section you are protecting Grace and Emily while they try to get into the church. You can spend most of the time specifically looking at them and shooting enemies as they appear, as they are slow enough that you can take them out as they come up. On repeat playthroughs if you remember the enemies you can also shoot some of the enemies on the ground that you can already see, like the one in front of the door or against the fence and it will kill them before they become active. On Insanity the two bodies where Leon is will turn into Blisterheads, but you can avoid this by shooting them on the ground to kill them beforehand. The only major problem during this section is The Chef who will appear with the final group of enemies from underneath Leon, and you want to avoid shooting the explosive canister on the ground to use on him, as it will instantly kill him even on Insanity difficulty.
After defeating all enemies Leon will automatically jump down to the lower level, and you can make your way into the church after Grace. You will then be in effectively a boss fight against a big zombie along with other normal ones. To defeat the big zombie effectively you need to attack the light glowing spots on its body, but note that when you destroy this, it will turn any other zombies with intact heads into Blisterheads, making the fight more difficult. At the start you should go up the stairs to the second floor, as there is an explosive canister up here you can use while also shooting the enemies as they come up the stairs. The church gradually becomes more on fire which blocks this off, so you want to use the area while available and make use of the explosive. There is another explosive canister closer to the entrance you can drop down and use too if needed. Once the big enemy is dead you’ll need to clean up any remaining ones, then you will automatically complete this section.
