Raccoon City Center – Side Street After Orphanage – Leon
Escape R.P.D.
After returning to playing as Leon you will be chased by the Tyrant, who throws you through the wall into the side area. Follow the path until he breaks through the wall again, then loop around to continue up the stairs to the second floor. Follow the hallway until he shoves a helicopter tail through the wall, then turn around and take the other path into the dead end room with the deer statue and he’ll break through the wall again. Dodge him using the pile of rubble in the middle of the room, then follow the path back to the central area of the station. After the scene the Tyrant will disappear and you don’t need to worry about them in R.P.D. again.

When playing as Leon again, run away until you reach the Main Hall again after a cutscene. Immediately after the cutscene turn around to find this on a bench. On the eastern upper floor of the main hall.
Head to the Orphanage
Charm: Cute Bear Charm (Increases mid-range firepower, sacrificing close-quarters potency)
Parking Garage: After leaving the R.P.D. building, go left and down into a dark parking garage. Straight ahead will be an open container with lights on. To the right of it on the ground is the charm. This is an optional area just before the story path to Gun Shop Kendo. Watch when you come down here as some armored zombies will start appearing behind you, and you’ll need to deal with them to exit the garage.
Weapon Part: Silver Finish Scope (Classic 70)
Parking Garage: Inside the open container with lights on.
Weapon: W870 Police (Shotgun)
Gun Shop Kendo: Backtrack out of the parking garage the way you came and enter the Gun Shop on the side of the road until you get a cutscene. After the cutscene turn around 180° to find it in the shelf behind the door. If you don’t have inventory space for it, there’s a Supply Box straight ahead where you can sell unneeded items.

Gun Shop Kendo: Immediately after the cutscene in Gun Shop Kendo, turn around and enter the open alley on the side. Straight at the end of the alley look up to find this in an open window. Left from the “Umbrella” billboard.
Head forward to the save point and the box and get ready for a boss fight against the Tyrant. He’s quite tough, but if you played Resident Evil 2 Remake the fight should feel somewhat familiar. He primarily does charging melee attacks, which this time you can parry using your Hatchet. Whenever you do this make sure you sharpen it again if needed, if you didn’t upgrade the durability then a single deflect can run out the sharpness entirely, and you need to sharpen it again to deflect. Aim for the Tyrant’s heart, putting in as much damage as you can while he’s standing still. This is a good spot to use some Requiem ammo if you’ve been sitting on it to deal with him more quickly. If he jumps on top of one of the cars he’ll stand there for a while and you can put in more damage, but watch for him jumping toward you to attack you.
Once the Tyrant is dealt with you can run back to the supply box if needed through the locked gate in the fenced area beside the building.
Trophy: Not Today, Buds! (9x Plant 43 Seedlings)
After a boss fight, continue on the story path until you enter a train, there you are automatically attacked by the first Plant 43 Seedling. They look like vines with sharp teeth. You must shoot them when they open their “mouth” to kill them. There are 9 total. The first one is unmissable.
Then proceed until you rappel down a rope into a cave. The remaining 8 are all in this cave. If you fully explore the cave you will find them all.
The second is on the main path near the start of the cave.
The third and fourth are in next cave section on main path.
The fifth is on the side path to the left of the previous two (it will grab your feet).
The sixth is on the main path in the next cave section (flooded area).
The seventh is on the main path directly to the left of the previous one.
The eighth and ninth are on the main path directly after the previous one when heading toward the light at the end of the cave.
After shooting the final seedlings continue down the linear path. In the open area there will be larger vines that appear on the path which you want to shoot in the same way. After dealing with them you can continue forward and drop down to the actual Plant 43 boss.
Defeat the Giant Plant
This plant is fought in the same way as you dealt with the seedlings, just with shooting the giant flower in the center over and over. It attacks by slamming the ground with the two giant tentacles on either side, but doesn’t do much else. Try to stay in the center and watch for which tentacle is slamming, then move either left or right, then quickly back the other direction as it will slam the other side immediately after.
Once you put in enough damage it will knock open a container under itself, shoot it to blow up the explosives which finishes off the boss.
You can then walk forward along the path and pull the lever to enter ARK.
