The Hidden City (Paititi) Region in Shadow of the Tomb Raider has 5 Crypts. However, on the world map only 4 are marked. So now you may wonder where to find the missing 5th Crypt in Hidden City.
It’s quite simply bound to Side Quests Retrieve the King’s Horn & Retrieve the Savior’s Amulet.
This quest line is given by Ushu in Paititi, he’s guarding Jonah inside a cave. See the location screenshot below:
Do his two fetch quests and at the end of Retrieve the King’s Horn you will have to open the Crypt’s Sarcophagus as part of the quest. It cannot be reached outside the quest but is unmissable during the quest.
The remaining 4 Crypts get marked on the map when you collect the Explorer Backpacks in Paititi.
