Jikais Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) is found in the Lanayru region.

This is a puzzle shrine, based on moving blocks to Ascend through.
1. Head into the shrine, in this first section you need to move the blocks into a position where you can Ascend through them to reach the next level. On the right side, swap the position of the square blocks so that the upper one is even with the right side of the indent in the wall, and on the left move the large block over to the right. This will allow you to Ascend through the square block to reach the spot in the wall, then glide over to the larger block.
2. On the larger platform, move the square on the left so that it is in line with the next indent in the wall. You can then Ascend through that block, then through the ceiling of the indent to reach the next level.
3. Head through the gap between the tall walls, then look immediately up and to the right. There is a platform you can Ascend to with the chest, which contains 4-power Magic Staff.
4. Head down the path to what looks like a dead end. Grab the flat block leaning against the wall, and place it on the ground so that it points out to the right of the path. Place it so that it is more on the path than off, and you should then be able to walk out underneath the pillar above and Ascend to final level.
5. You’re now in a large cage. Turn around opposite the altar to spot another flat block leaning against the wall. Pick it up and place it sitting across one of the corners of the cage so that you can Ascend to it, allowing you to reach the exit.
Interact with the green altar at the end of the shrine for 1 Light of Blessing. It also restores your health and unlocks the shrine as a permanent fast travel point.
