Eshos Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is found in the West Necluda region.

Eshos Shrine Solution
This is a combat shrine, based around teaching the basics of Shields.
1. Enter the room to start instruction. This shrine teaches how to parry projectiles with the shield, and there are ones to the left if you need them. Get ready by holding 
to lock on to the enemy, then hit 
just before the projectile hits you to parry it back at the enemy.
2. A second Construct now appears this time with lighting projectiles. You need to watch what material your shield is when parrying, as if you parried the fire projectile with a wooden shield it burns the shield, whereas if you parry the lightning projectile with a metal shield it will shock you. Parry each enemy once more to finish the trial. Make sure to open the chest on your way out to pick up a Mighty Zonaite Shield.
Interact with the green gate at the end of the shrine for 1 Light of Blessing. It will also restore your health and unlocks the shrine as a permanent fast travel point.
