Zelda Tears of the Kingdom – Sihajog Shrine Walkthrough

May 23, 2023 by PowerPyx Leave a Comment

Sihajog Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) is found in Lanayru Sky region. It’s a sky shrine that requires jumping through green rings from a high point, then the shrine appears after landing. It’s not visible until jumping through the green rings from above.

Sihajog Shrine Location

Sihajog Shrine is located in the Sky > South Lanayru Archipelago > Vaior Island. How to reach it is explained in the solution section below.

Sihajog Shrine Solution

To unlock the Shrine you must first reach the very top of Vaior Island, which is one of the highest points in the game and requires some platforming. At the top you can activate the green gate, then jump through the green ring and fall through the other green rings on the way down. Then the shrine appears after you land. Follow these steps:

  1. Start by launching up Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower and glide east to South Lanayru Sky Archipelago. Having 2 stamina circles is helpful, if you don’t have that you can sleep at the expensive bed in a stable to get a temporary 2nd stamina circle.
  2. There is a Zonai on a flying platform with rockets on it. Defeat the Zonai, attach one rocket (facing up) to the platform and hit it. Grab the 2nd rocket with Ultrahand until the platform stops, then attach it too and hit it to fly even higher. This will raise the platform high up in the air.

  3. Glide down to the next platform to the east.

  4. There you find more of the flying platforms with rockets on them. Do the same as before, attach on rocket, hit it, after reaching the top you attach the 2nd rocket to get even higher. Then glide to the central platform.
  5. Use Ascend to get to the very top of the central island.
  6. When you reach the top, use Autobuild ability to create a Hot Air Balloon (this ability is unlocked from Main Quest: Mystery in the Depths). Put wood+flint on it to make a fire and hold a torch in it. This will raise the balloon, then you can glide to the highest point of Vaior Island.
  7. At the top you find a green altar, activate it, jump through the green rings and the shrine will appear after you land.

The shrine itself is a Raurus Blessing Shrine, which means it’s only a reward chest and doesn’t have any puzzles. Open the chest to get a Diamond and activate the green altar at the end to finish the Sihajog shrine in Zelda TotK.

For all other Shrines refer to Zelda Tears of the Kingdom All Shrines.
