How do you get to the last treasure chest #14?
Can’t seem to access it.

From the video I just watched I’m assuming there is some story mission that opens up the entrance to it. There are doors open that aren’t for me, but I haven’t finished the Chapter 1 story missions. It’s the only collectable I currently cannot get for the Ch 1 areas.
