The Outer Worlds 2 contains 33 Localized Rift Locations on Arcadia. Finding all Localized Rifts unlocks the Rift Drifter trophy & achievement.
Any time you get near a Rift, it will be marked on your map with a red icon. To interact with Rifts, you need to unlock the Rift Anomaly Modulator, which is an automatic story reward from the 7th Main Quest “An Instrument to Unfold Space & Time”.
MISSABLE: This trophy/achievement is missable, but as long as you keep your “Point of No Return” save (the game gives a warning about this before the final quest), you’ll be able to reload and get any you’ve missed.

You can lock yourself out of one of of the Praetor Interstitial Reconfiguration Center rifts on the second floor if you pick up the Restricted Wing Access Card and then leave/finish the quest without using it. The game took it from my inventory after I left the area and there’s no way to recollect it or get to the rift without it.
