Overall, this looks like a relatively straightforward trophy list. Some trophies seem tied to side quests which might be missable depending on how you deal with NPCs throughout the game. There’s also a trophy for the highest difficulty “supernova”. It will be best to do two playthroughs. One playthrough on a lower difficulty to get to know the game and knock out as many missables as possible, one on highest difficulty to finish up what’s left. There’s no direct mention of Collectibles. Getting maximum positive and negative reputation with 3 factions look like the main trophies to worry about while most others should come from natural progression.
