Requests in Code Vein 2 are essentially the Side Quests. There are 11 Partners with Questlines. Your partners will ask you to fulfill certain things for them which will let you better understand their character, as well as give you some rewards. All the requests need to be done in the time period you accepted them. So if you accepted a request during 2277: The Present, you have to complete it or turn it in during that time. The same goes for 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era. If going just for the platinum, most requests can be ignored but you will need to complete “Requests from a Friend: Holly” in order to unlock 
Beyond Limits, as well as whichever your chosen partner is for Irreplaceable.

Requests from a Friend: Noah
Unlocks after visiting MagMell in The Present, after choosing to save Noah during Time Shift Decision: Noah.
Talk to Noah at MagMell and choose “Catch up”.
Noah’s Request 1: Sunken City
Must be done during 2277: The Present.
Go to the southern most section of the Sunken City, directly behind the Silver Bullet building. Enter the broken-down building and after climbing up the stairs, pick up the “Engraved Weapon I” off the stairs.
Returning to Noah and giving him the “Engraved Weapon I” will grant you the Old Engraved Greatsword
Noah’s Request 1: Corroded Scar
Must be done during 2277: The Present.
From the Miners’ Rest Stop Mistle, follow the road North and you’ll come across a ruined building on the left with a locked door. Go around the left side of the building behind the fence and pick up the Engraved Weapon II from the rubble.
Returning to Noah and giving him the Engraved Weapon II will grant you the Old Engraved Hammer.
Noah’s Request 1: Undead Forest
Must be done during 2277: The Present.
From the Snowy Mountain Amusement Park Mistle, exit the dungeon and follow the road. Once it starts turning, go to the building directly ahead and climb up the ladder on the left side of the building and pick up the Engraved Weapon III.
Returning to Noah and giving him the Engraved Weapon III will grant you Old Engraved Bayonet.
Noah’s Request 2
Must be done during 2277: The Present, after going to Insula Carcere at least once.
Talk to Noah and then with him as a partner, go to the Upper Cell Block Mistle in Insula Carcere. Go through the door behind you, then take the outside path on the right until you reach the Prison Smithy, then interact with the bond.
Requests from a Friend: Iris
Unlocks after visiting MagMell in The Present.
Talk to Iris at MagMell and choose “Catch up”.
Iris’s Request 1: Sunken City
Must be done during 2277: The Present.
From the Western Gatehouse Ruins, follow the road to the North-West and you’ll come across some broken-down buildings on your right. Enter the building and follow the path, which will lead you to a boss door. Enter it and defeat the Over-Boosted Adnomination to get the “Revenant Remnant I”.
Afterwards, return to Iris.
Iris’s Request 1: Corroded Scar
Must be done during 2277: The Present.
From the Western Plateau Military Camp Mistle, walk out of the camp and go through the boss wall. Defeat the Over-Boosted Golden Werebeast to get the “Revenant Remnant II”.
Afterwards, return to Iris.
Iris’s Request 1: Undead Forest
Must be done during 2277: The Present.
From the Plagued Village Mistle, go into the Plagued Village and go through the boss door to the graveyard. Defeat the Over-Boosted Werebeat to get the “Revenant Remnant III”.
Afterwards, return to Iris.
Iris’s Request 2
Must be done during 2277: The Present.
After completing all of Request 1, you’ll get this one. Travel to the Church Overlooking the Ruins in the Corroded Scar with Iris and defeat Judy the Overloaded Berserker.
Interact with the bond after the fight and after some scenes, you’ll get the “Phalanx I” and “Phalanx J” as a reward.
Requests from a Friend: Lavinia
Unlocks after visiting MagMell in The Present.
Talk to Lavinia at MagMell and choose “Catch up”. She’ll tell you about how she can give you boosters upon maxing the proficiency of a Blood Code and asks you to keep returning to her after maxing a Blood Code. Keep returning to her every time you max out a Blood Code.
Requests from a Friend: Jadwiga
Unlocks after visiting the Sunken City for the first time and collecting at least 1 Uncanny Stone.
Talk to Jadwiga in MagMell, specifically in the billiard room, and choose “Catch Up”. She’ll want you to collect Uncanny Stones for her. These are found around the map as purple loot. Their only use is to give them to Jadwiga. There are plenty Uncanny Stones to find throughout the game, so you shouldn’t have much issue finding them as long as you pick up all the lootable items as you play through the game.
While Uncanny Stones can be collected during any timeline, you can only turn them into Jadwiga during 2277: The Present.
- Collect 4 Uncanny Stones. Return to Jadwiga and she’ll give you the VIP Pass: Iron.
- Collect 8 Uncanny Stones. Return to Jadwiga and she’ll give you the VIP Pass: Bronze.
- Collect 11 Uncanny Stones. Return to Jadwiga and she’ll give you the VIP Pass: Silver.
- Collect 17 Uncanny Stones. Return to Jadwiga and she’ll give you the VIP Pass: Gold
- Collect 26 Uncanny Stones. Return to Jadwiga and she’ll give you the VIP Pass: Platinum.
After giving Jadwiga the last of the Uncanny Stones and completing Requests from a Friend: Zenon, talk to Jadwiga.
Requests from a Friend: Josée
Unlocks after visiting 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era once you’ve defeated Josée the Blind Hero. You can access this time travel through MagMell.
Talk to Josée in MagMell during the 2197: Free Exploration Era and choose “Catch Up”.
Josée Requiest: Sunken City
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
From the Sunken Pylon Dungeon, go follow the road leading North-East and go between the broken buildings on your left, then enter the building with the enemies guarding it. Follow the pathway through the rubble and you’ll eventually come across the Rich Spice on a table.
Josée Request: Corroded Scar
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
Inside the Northern Watch Fort Dungeon, behind the stairs in the same room as the map jammer you can pick up the Aromatic Spice. You can then return to Josée.
Josée Request: Undead Forest
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
From the Withered Greenhouse Mistle, enter the greenhouse and you’ll find the Hot Spice in the small room on the right. You can then return to Josée.
Josée Request 2
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
With Josée as your partner, go into the Mountain Underground Facility and make your way to the boss room on the right side of the dungeon, then go instead and defeat the Spice Predator.
Speak with Josée
Unlocks after completing Timeline Shift Decision: Josée.
Talk to Josée, then with her as your partner, go to Josée’s Outpost.
Requests from a Friend: Valentin
Unlocks after visiting 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era once you’ve defeated Josée the Blind Hero. You can access this time travel through MagMell.
Talk to Valentin in MagMell during the 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era and choose “Catch Up”.
Valentin’s Request 1
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
Go to the Shoreline Cavern in MagMell with Valentin. Touch the Temporal Rift and then go through the boss door.
Defeat the Slaughter Engine Goliath, then pick up the “Book of Lost Time I”. You can then touch the monument to return. After returning you’ll get a Restorative Cure and the Somatic Zeal formae. Afterwards, Return to Valentin in MagMell and talk with him.
Valentin’s Request 2: Sunken City
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
Go to the Cultist Altar with Valentin. Touch the Temporal Rift and then go through the boss door.
Defeat the Biosis Clod, then pick up the “Book of Lost Time II”. You can then touch the monument to return. After returning you’ll get Scorched Earth. Afterwards, return to Valentin in MagMell and talk with him.
Valentin’s Request 2: Corroded Scar
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
Go to the Mine Site Northern Cave with Valentin. Touch the Temporal Rift and then go through the boss door.
Defeat the Queen of the Rift, then pick up the “Book of Lost Time III”. You can then touch the monument to return. After returning you’ll get an Ichor Rejuvenative. Afterwards, return to Valentin in MagMell and talk with him.
Valentin’s Request 2: Undead Forest
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
Go to the Cult’s Hidden Cave with Valentin. Touch the Temporal Rift and then go through the boss door.
Defeat 3 waves of enemies, then pick up the Book of Lost Time IV. You can then touch the monument to return. After returning you’ll get Diamond Dust. Afterwards, return to Valentin in MagMell and talk with him.
Requests from a Friend: Lyle
Unlocks after completing Timeline Shift Decision: Lyle.
Talk to Lyle in MagMell during the 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era and choose “Catch Up”.
Lyle’s Request 1
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
Go to the Miners’ Abandoned Village in the Corroded Scar and directly in front of the Mistle there will be a boss wall. Go through and defeat the Blood Bag Dealer.
Afterwards, go back to MagMell and talk to Lyle again.
Lyle’s Request 2: The Mask of Gula
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
With Lyle as your partner, go to the West Coast Pier Mistle and follow the road East around the cliff near the Western Gatehouse Ruins, then enter the boss wall and defeat the Gula Mask Avatar to get the Gula Bloodline Mask.
Lyle’s Request 2: The Mask of Acedia
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
With Lyle as your partner, go to the West Coast Pier Mistle and follow the road East and take the first left turn, then enter the boss wall and defeat the Acedia Mask Avatar to get the Acedia Bloodline Mask.
Lyle’s Request 2: The Mask of Ira
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
With Lyle as your partner, go to the Corroded Mine Mistle and follow the broken-down pathways up towards the Resurrection Monument. From there, go around the hill on the left and enter the boss wall and defeat the Ira Mask Avatar to get the Ira Bloodline Mask.
Lyle’s Request 2: The Mask of Luxuria
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
With Lyle as your partner, go to the Abandoned Farm Mistle and go into the Abandoned Farm then enter the boss wall and defeat the Luxuria Mask Avatar to get the Luxuria Bloodline Mask.
Lyle’s Request 2: The Mask of Invidia
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
With Lyle as your partner, go to the Checkpoint Ruins Mistle and follow the road West, then take the first right and follow the road all the way to the Sealing Spire. Enter the boss wall and defeat the Invidia Mask Avatar to get the Invidia Bloodline Mask.
After collecting all 5 masks, go to In Front of Command Room Mistle in the Pioneer Castle with Lyle and enter the command room.
Requests from a Friend: Craig
Unlocks after completing both Timeline Shift Decision: Lyle, and Timeline Shift Decision: Holly.
Talk to Craig in MagMell during the 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era and choose “Catch Up”.
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
Craig’s requests have you visiting hot springs with him as your partner, so refer to the Hot Spring Locations Guide for more information on their exact locations.
- Visit the MagMell Hot Spring.
- Visit the City Overlook Hot Spring.
- Visit the Valley Overlook Hot Spring.
- Visit the Sanatorium Baths Hot Spring, specifically the 3rd one.
After visiting all the hot springs, go to the In Front of Command Room Mistle with Craig as your partner, then enter the command room.
Requests from a Friend: Holly
Unlocks after completing Timeline Shift Decision: Holly.
Talk to Holly in MagMell during the 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era and choose “Catch Up”.
Holly’s Request 1
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
With Holly as your partner, go to the Snowy Mountain Amusement Park Mistle and head towards the entrance of the dungeon and go through the boss wall, then defeat the Bride of the Immortal.
You’ll get an extra booster slot as a reward.
Holly’s Request 2
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
With Holly as your partner, go to the Forest Complex Mistle, then head East to the Housing Annex. Enter the boss wall and defeat the Bride of the Immortal.
Holly’s Request 3
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
With Holly as your partner, go to the Abandoned Hilltop Church Mistle. Enter the dungeon and then follow the path on the right until you reach the boss. Enter the boss wall and defeat the Bride of the Immortal.
Holly’s Request 4
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
With Holly as your partner, go to the Mountain Hamlet Mistle. Enter the dungeon and follow the wall on your right, then enter the boss wall and defeat the Bride of the Immortal.
You’ll get an extra booster slot as a reward.
Requests from a Friend: Zenon
Unlocks after defeating Zenon.
Talk to Zenon in MagMell during the 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era and choose “Catch Up”.
Zenon’s Request 1
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
With Zenon as your partner, go to the Ruins Mistle and the cutscene will automatically start.
Zenon’s Request 2: Sunken City
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
With Zenon as your partner, go to the Western Gatehouse Ruins Mistle then enter the dungeon. Go into the broken building at the end and head up the elevator.
Zenon’s Request 2: Corroded Scar
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
With Zenon as your partner, go to the Miners’ Rest Stop Mistle and go to the nearby Tower of Regeneration.
Zenon’s Request 2: Undead Forest
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
With Zenon as your partner, go to the Snowy Mountain Amusement Park and enter the dungeon, then head towards the carousel in the center.
Requests from a Friend: Lise
Unlocks after completing Requests from a Friend: Josée.
Talk to Lise in MagMell during the 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era and choose “Catch Up”.
Lise’s Request 1
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
Go to the Checkpoint Ruins Mistle and enter the boss wall over the pond and defeat Corroded Scar Predator, then return to Lise.
Lise’s Request 2
Must be done during 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.
Go to the Aquarium Mistle in the Sunken Pylon with Lise as your partner, then go through the boss door and defeat the Wandering Specter. Afterwards, return to Josée in MagMell.
