Beren’s Final Lesson is a side quest in Dragon’s Dogma 2. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of Beren’s Final Lesson side mission.
- Starting Location: Moonglow Garden
- Quest Giver: Beren
- Requirement: Completed Seat of the Sovran main quest and Claw Them Into Shape side quest
- Reward: 1600 XP, 4500 G, Lifetaker
- Quest Description: Just as Beren’s dismissal is decided, the cyclops returns to wreak its vengeance on the recruits – and this time, it isn’t likely to be so easily repelled.
Objectives:
- Intercept the cyclops
- Pay Beren another visit before he leaves
Starting Location
To start this quest, return to Moonglow Garden after completing Seat of the Sovran and Claw Them Into Shape where Beren is waiting in the flower garden.
Intercept the cyclops
After approaching Beren in the garden an automatic scene will occur, and a Cyclops will come into the area. You need to defeat the Cyclops with Beren’s help. If you’ve not run into any before the best way is hitting them in the head, either with ranged attacks as the magic or bow classes, or by climbing on it and hitting it with the melee classes. If you do enough damage to its legs it may also knock it over, but this one is weak enough and you have a bunch of other help so this likely won’t happen. This Cyclops also has armor on its legs and head, but hitting it enough will knock the armor off.
Pay Beren another visit before he leaves
Now you will need to leave and come back to interact with Beren again. You can pass the time by going back to the nearby campfire and just resting until morning, then return to Moonglow Garden to speak with Beren again to complete the quest.
This finishes the Beren’s Final Lesson side quest in Dragon’s Dogma 2.
