GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition has 50 Oyster Locations. This guide shows where to find them all (updated for GTA San Andreas Trilogy Remaster on PS5, Xbox Series X, PC). Oysters are found exclusively underwater. They look like oyster shells and you must dive and swim into them to collect them.
Collecting all 50 Oysters will give you $100,000, maximum lung capacity, and also make it so all potential girlfriends will date you regardless of CJ’s appearance or sex appeal. They are also needed for 100% completion. None of them are missable, you can get them at any time after having reached Las Venturas which opens up the entire map.
You can quickly collect them with a boat by driving around the coastline. For example, a boat is found at the docks in the south of Las Venturas.
