Hell is Us includes 16 Drone Modules that can be collected. Collecting at least one version of each Drone Module (for a total of 8) is required for the trophy/achievement Tech Savvy.
There are 8 unique Drone Modules, each having an upgraded Elite version for a total of 16 that can be found. They are typically found in the game world on the bodies of OMSIF soldiers, or obtained from mysteries. You can equip 4 modules at a time on your Drone for unique combat abilities.
None of the Drone Modules are missable, so can all be collected after the story.

Drone Modules
Drone Modules are listed below in alphabetical order, with the normal followed by Elite version of the same module. When they are added to your inventory they seem to be added in the order you pick them up, so the order won’t be the same for every player. You can view all modules in the Inventory – Drone Items menu.
Drone Module #1: Death from Above
Location: Vyssa Hills
On the west side of the area where you meet Tania during the story, farther down the path past the wooden scaffolding where you pick up the required item during the story.
Drone Module #2: Death from Above – Elite
Location: Marastan
Follow the road from the APC toward the town. Go down the dirt path left of where the road goes up the hill. Behind the house on the right you can pick this up on the ground.
Drone Module #3: Distract
Location: Senedra Forest
This module is obtained automatically when you receive the drone at the start of the story.
Drone Module #4: Distract – Elite
Location: Auriga Museum
Complete Mystery #42: Lax Security to receive this module.
Drone Module #5: Entropic Field
Location: APC
Inside the APC, look down and right under the passenger seat and interact with the box to obtain this module.
Drone Module #6: Entropic Field – Elite
Location: Lethe – National Library
Go to the right of the entrance to the building where you can pick this up off a body.
Drone Module #7: Forward Charge
Location: Acasa Marshes
Just south of the entrance of Jova, this is sitting between the two stone pillars on a body.
Drone Module #8: Forward Charge – Elite
Location: Talju
Go toward the school on the west side of the area and the module is on a body in the covered area between the two trucks.
Drone Module #9: Rearguard
Location: Senedra Forest
Complete Mystery #3: Lymbic Door – Senedra, Hilltop to access the room with the Timeloop. This is found in that room on a body.
Drone Module #10: Rearguard – Elite
Location: Lethe – Ministry of Cultural Primacy
Follow the main path through the area until you drop through the hole to the lower level. Follow the path into the next office area, and on the left on a body you can pick up this drone module.
Drone Module #11: Shockwave
Location: Jeljin
Go to the northwest of the area to the dig site, then down the ladder to the tunnel. In the cave go past the next ladder going down and you can find a body with this module.
Drone Module #12: Shockwave – Elite
Location: Acasa Marshes
Complete Mystery #9: Observation Outpost 08 to open the OMSIF camp. You can then pick up the drone module from the tent on the right.
Drone Module #13: Surge Step
Location: Vyssa Hills
Follow the path in the center of the area north to where you can find the fallen knight statue under the tree. Keep following the path toward where you hear gunshots and just past the wooden structure you can pick this up from the ground.
Drone Module #14: Surge Step – Elite
Location: Auriga Museum
On level B3 in the Drone Workshop where you are required to go for the story (BLUE grid door) this is in the workshop area at the back.
Drone Module #15: Whirlwind
Location: Acasa Marshes
On the east side of the area just before the entrance to the tunnel you enter to rescue Victor.
Drone Module #16: Whirlwind – Elite
Location: Auriga Museum
On level B1 in the Training Room where you are required to go for the story. After defeating the second wave of Hollows in the training room a door is opened left of the window, inside that room you can pick up this module.
