Troll Control is a Side Quest in Hogwarts Legacy. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Troll Control side mission.
Location: World Map -> Hogwarts Valley -> Brocburrow
Quest Giver: Alexandra Rickett
Quest Level: Level 13
Requirement: Having Finished Main Quest: Tomes and Tribulations
Reward: Appearances
Mission Info: Upon approaching Brocburrow, I overheard a woman talking about a problem with a troll. I should speak with her.
Objectives:
- Talk to Alexandra Rickett
- Go to the Troll’s Den
- Dispatch Alexandra’s Troll
- Return to Alexandra
Starting Location: Troll Control
Talk to Alexandra Rickett
Talk to Alexandra in Brocburrow, she wants you to defeat her Troll.
Go to the Troll’s Den
Follow the Quest Marker to find the Troll’s Den.
Dispatch Alexandra’s Troll
Defeat the Troll, cast Ancient Magic (

) whenever it’s ready, it deals a lot of damage. Also throw Rocks and Explosive Barrels with / whenever you find them on the battlefield and you will defeat the Troll pretty quickly.
Return to Alexandra
After defeating the Troll, get back to Alexandra.
This finishes Troll Control Side Quest in Hogwarts Legacy.
