Kahatanaum Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is found in Hebra region (northwest), in the Sky on Rising Island Chain.
You will reach this shrine automatically during Main Quest: Tulin of Rito Village. Before this quest you can’t reach it.
Kahatanaum Shrine Location
Refer to Main Quest: Tulin of Rito Village Walkthrough. It shows everything step by step. It’s a lengthy climb to reach this shrine.
Kahatanaum Shrine Solution
This is a Rauru’s Blessing Shrine, meaning there are no puzzles. Reaching the shrine is the actual challenge. Once you enter the shrine, simply open the chest in front of you to get 1 Large Zonai Charge, and interact with the green altar. That’s all there is to do here.
You get 1 Light of Blessing. It will also restore your health and unlocks the shrine as a permanent fast travel point.
