During the main quest “To Catch a Coon” in South Park the Fractured But Whole, you receive a riddle from Conner called the “Happiness Reigns” riddle.
Over the phone you are told: “I am a place where seats hang from chains, part desert, part jungle, where happiness reigns”. Just like with the previous Death Store Riddle there are no checkpoints on the map.
The solution: It’s The Playground of South Park, found on the east-side of town at the end of main street. See the screenshot below:
Go there on foot (fast travel is disabled in this quest), talk to the woman in the blue shirt and take a selfie with her. The remainder of the quest has waypoint markers again 🙂

What you have to do because I had the same issue, quit the game and then get back into it. It should load you back at Jim and Neds gun shop, then get back to the park and then do the lady, it worked for me and I hope this helps.
