- Can be purchased from the Traveling Merchant for 20 Runes each. *Note – The Traveling Merchant doesn’t have a set spawn location but instead can be randomly found in locations all over the game. One location is just North of the Limgrave: Fort Haight West Site of Grace

What traveling merchant are you talking about? The nomad merchants? They all have fixed locations and fixed inventory.
Am I confused?
