Resident Evil 4 Remake Lake Door Symbols Puzzle Solution

This guide explains how to solve the Door Symbols Puzzle in the Chapter 4 Lake area of Resident Evil 4 Remake (RE4). Also known as the cave shrine murals puzzle.

Solution

In the Lake you have to investigate two locations to get key items. Each location has a pedestal with icons on it that opens a locked door. You must press the 3 correct icons. These icons can be found in the environment as yellow drawings in the surrounding area.
