Flighty Flora… and Flora is a World Quest in Genshin Impact. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Flighty Flora… and Flora World Quest.
Flighty Flora… and Flora is unlocked when you talk to Flora who stands just inside the gate to Mondstadt City by a flower stand.

Mission Description: Collect flowers for Flora.
Objectives:
- Talk to Flora
- Deliver the items requested to Flora
- Report back to Flora
- Deliver the Dandelion Seed to Flora
Starting Location: Mondstadt City
Find Flora just inside the entrance to Mondstadt City to the right by a flower stand.
Talk to Flora
Flora asks you to collect some flowers for her. Particularly, she asks for a Cecilia, a Small Lamp Grass, and a Windwheel Aster.
Deliver the items requested to Flora
Since you have been to the necessary areas before this, you might already have these flowers in your possession. If so, just talk to Flora again.
If you’re not worried about where these flower are right now, you can just talk to Flora again and select the dialogue option “I’d like to buy some flowers.” You can buy these three flowers for 1,000 Mora each.
With that said, it’s worth knowing where to find the flower locations. Several characters use these as materials for leveling up. You will need to get more of these eventually, and buying them here is limited. You only can buy 5 of each once a week from Flora.
To find the flowers on the map, here are the locations for these flowers:
Cecilia location: Teleport to Midsummer Courtyard, then make your way up to Starsnatch Cliff.
Head east by climbing up a couple cliffsides to reach these Cecilia flowers.
Small Lamp Grass location: Teleport to the Statue of the Seven at Starfall Lake.
Follow the path to the southwest into the forest until you reach the point indicated below.
Head straight east a little bit to find a couple Small Lamp Grass.
Windwheel Aster location: Teleport to Windrise.
Without moving your character, look to your left to see some nearby.
Report back to Flora
Return to Flora in Mondstadt City and talk to her again. After getting these flowers, she asks you to grab a Dandelion Seed.
Deliver the Dandelion Seed to Flora
Unlike the previous three flowers, you have to gather one the old-fashioned way. Thankfully, there are some very close by.
From Flora, leave through the Mondstadt City Gate. Just a few steps out, look slightly to the left to see a couple Dandelions in the grass.
To collect a seed from them, use an Anemo skill on them, and then you can pick up a Dandelion Seed.
Take this seed back to Flora.
Finish this conversation to complete World Quest Flighty Flora… and Flora.
