College Buddies Starting Location

Find the Missing Student

Talk to the quest giver, Philipp Chang, and he will tell you that his roommate “Carlos” went missing since the Halloween party. He gives you a selfie of his friend. With this picture you are supposed to track down the spot in the south of the Financial District. Spider-Man will make comments along the way to steer you in the right direction but there’s no marker for it. Simply refer to the map below for the missing student’s location:

When you approach you can already see a burning building, in the very south of the Financial district. Climb up and a mini-cutscene will trigger the next objective.

Defeat the Corrupted

There are a bunch of “corrupted” people on the roof — people who are under the influence of Li’s power. Knock them all out, they are very easy targets. Then the police comes to take over and the mission ends.
