This 100% walkthrough for Reanimal Chapter 1: Dead in the Water will guide you to all Collectibles and Trophies/Achievements (Secrets, Masks, Posters, Hidden Statues, Critters, Coffins, Rest Your Legs).
Chapters Overview:
Chapter 1: Dead in the Water
When the game starts you will find yourself on a boat. Drive forward and follow the red-glowing buoys. Very soon you will pick up a girl in the water, she will be your partner going forward.
Keep driving forward while avoiding the sea mines until you land on a beach. Open the chest in the back left corner to find a key, use it to open the door on the right.
Behind the door go through the sewage tunnel until you reach a section with a switch and big fan blade. Use the switch to stop the fan, quickly run through the fan by holding 
/ 
before the fan starts up again. If your partner isn’t fast enough, you can deactivate the fan with the switch on the other side.
Then interact with the hatch on the floor and jump down. This is a very dark section, press 
/ 
to turn on your lighter. Go forward and crouch through the opening by holding 
/ 
.
Climb up the ladder, then left of a closed gate press 
/ 
to interact with the wall. This will hoist up your partner, interact again to have your partner pull you up.
- Mask 1 (Secret 1)
Climb up the next ladder. Then turn left and go up and around the corner until the end. Go outside through the door. Now, squeeze through the opening in the wall to find the mask in a box.
Head back to the previous room and approach the grate, you will get a short scene where you talk to a trapped NPC.
- Rest Your Legs 1
Take the path to the right, go through the door at the end of the path on the left. In the room you enter, sit on the chair on the far left.
In the same room, interact with the power switch in the back right corner. This makes the big tube rotate outside the room.
Leave the room, backtrack a little bit until you reach a short ladder to climb down. This leads you over a non-rotating pipe, on the right side of it interact with the wall to climb up.
Stand at the switch in front of the rotating tube and press 
/ 
to call your partner to use the switch. While your partner holds the switch, the tube stops rotating and you can safely drop down on it (avoid dropping on the part where a section is missing). Walk to the front of the tube and climb up the ladder. Then go to the right and knock over the beam so your partner can cross over. Then go through the door together.
- Mask 2 (Secret 2)
You enter a room with some lockers. Here, open the locker opposite the door. Enter the locker to find a hidden room with the mask under the sink.
Go to the previous room and through the door at the top. Follow the path and interact with the ladder, climb down, crouch through the vent on the left.
Squeeze through the two metal grates in front of you to go outside.
- Trophy “Dark Tourism” + Rest Your Legs 2 + Poster 1 (Secret 3)
Once outside outside, climb up another ladder. You will see a man walk away into an alley. Before following him into the alley, pass the two rails and go around the corner to the right. You will find two chairs, kick down the one with the man sitting on it to unlock the trophy. Sit on the other one to rest your legs. Behind the two chairs, there is a poster on the wall which also counts as a secret.
- Poster 2 (Secret 4)
After the previous collectibles, you will reach a courtyard with a minecart and three doors. One to the left and two to the right. After you enter the upper door to the right (the one with light above it), you will see the man go through another door. The poster is to the left of that door.
- Mask 3 (Secret 5)
From the poster, go through the crack in the wall. Grab the plunger next to the body and use it on the lit toilet in the middle to get a key. After you got the key, get outside to the courtyard and enter the second door below the one you just exited. There is NO light above that door. Follow the path inside into a room with bombs, the mask is below the table with the bomb.
- Rest Your Legs 3
Now go back outside to the courtyard and open the door on the left with the key. After you jump over a gap, you will see the chair in front of you.
In the same room as the chair, go forward to the hallway, pick up the wheel at the end. When you walk back, crawling enemies will appear. Don’t get caught, these will instakill you. Run with / and avoid them, go back to the courtyard with the minecart from where you came.
Put the wheel on the minecraft. Then grab the second wheel from the ground to the right of the minecart and use it to fix the other wheel (one on the left, one on the right).
Get on the minecart with your partner and start driving it across the bridge.
- Coffin 1 (Secret 6)
After crossing over the bridge, you will reach a crossing with the minecart, get off the cart, and follow the train track to the right. You will see two train wrecks, enter them and follow the path through the wrecks and leave it on the other side and you will see the coffin which you need to open.
- Hidden Statue 1 (Secret 7)
After the coffin, get back to the minecart and drive it to the end of the tunnel. Here you will see a crack in the wall on the left side, go through it, and you will find the hidden statue, interact with it to light a candle.
Go back through the crack in the wall, climb up the train on the right. Head straight forward through the train yard and climb up the ladder on the train. Use the hatch on the train roof, drop through it, go forward to the next train section.
Here an enemy will enter the train. You must hide under the seats by holding / to crouch. Wait for him to exit the train.
Follow the enemy out of the train. Stay crouched and walk behind the boxes so he doesn’t see you, then go up the luggage on the left side and climb through the train window.
Inside the train run forward and pull the two levers in the front of the train.
Run back to the end of the train and exit the door on the left. Quickly climb the ladder on the left to a train roof, don’t let the big enemy catch you.
Jump over the train roofs, at the end your partner will pull you up.
Drop down the left side of the train onto the rocks. Take the right path, jump over the gap, move forward. More crawling enemies will appear. Run away from them, jump over the cliff in the front right corner of the area. More crawlers come from an alley, run to the right to lure them around the corner, then jump over the gap and run through the alley where they came from. Climb up the cliffs and over the fence.
On the left side, interact with the tree stump to get a saw. Use the saw on the tree on the right side to cut it down, go over it. Follow the path until you climb over another fence. You reach an ice cream car.
Run toward the camera (bottom of the screen), the ice cream car will start to chase you. Run away from it until you automatically drop down a cliff the you get a short scene where an enemy in the car snatches one of your friends.
- Poster 3 (Secret 8)
Now go all the way to the left, the poster is on a camping trailer.
Enter the street, you will find a car on the left. Open the left door to make the car roll down the hill, run after it and it will crash through the gate. You get the story-related trophy
