Explosive Rescue is an Exploration Mission in Arknights Endfield. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Explosive Rescue Exploration Mission.

  • Quest Giver: Ingol, who is located south of the Originium Science Park
  • Requirement: Completing Main Mission 17 – Mystery in the Building
  • Reward: 50 Oroberyl, 3,350 T-Creds, 9 Intermediate Combat Records, 5 Protoprism, 7 Arms INSP Kits, and 200 EXP
  • Quest Description: There is a worker loitering around the gate of the Kohl Plant. She seems rather intent to get inside.

Objectives:

  1. Enter the Kohl Plant
  2. Open the Kohl Plant gate
  3. Ask Ingol about the status of the plant
  4. Go to the ventilation shaft
  5. Find a way to enter the ventilation shaft
  6. Clean the top section of the ventilation shaft
  7. Clean the middle section of the ventilation shaft (0/2)
  8. Clean the base section of the ventilation shaft
  9. Return to the control room and talk to Ingol

Starting Location: Explosive Rescue

Once you have completed Main Mission 17 – Mystery in the Building, head southeast of the Originium Science Park to Kohl Plant, and you find some Landbreakers protecting a door. Defeat them, then use the switch to open the door and access this area.

Enter the Kohl Plant

After speaking to Ingol, you’ll have to blow a hole in the wall using Industrial Explosives, which you can aquire from the Exploration Mission- Produce Incendiary Explosives. You’ll need about twenty Industrial Explosives for this mission.

Go through the destroyed wall and head to the electric gate. Strike the pylon to unlock it.

In the next room, climb the crates and then up the shelf to the left. At the top, you should see a crack in the wall that you can throw another explosive to destroy a few exploding crates. Blow up the crates and then run around and unlock the gate that was being blocked by the exploding crates.

Head on through, and you will reach another electric pylon. Throw another Industrial Explosive at the pylon located on the other side of the electric gate.

Continue until you see another locked gate. Move past it and jump up the crates west of the forklifts. Turn around, and you’ll see another crack in the wall and throw more explosives at the exploding crates to clear the room. Once done, head back to the switch you passed and open the door.

Head through the room and walk around the corner. There will be more explosive crates in your path. Destroy them and continue.

Move around the corner, and you’ll reach an area with a drop and a small platform to stand on. Turn to your left, and there will be another hole in the wall with another explosive crate. Blow it up and open the gate blocking the way.

Continue down the path until you reach a large gate with Ingol on the other side.

Open the Kohl Plant gate

Approach the switch and repair it. This allows Ingol to enter the Kohl Plant.

Ask Ingol about the status of the plant

Go into the control room that Ingol is working in and speak with her.

Go to the ventilation shaft

Head up the stairs on the east side, and a small cutscene will play showing you the way to the ventilation shaft.

Head west and into the small room, and you should see another destructible wall on the north. Blow up the wall and follow the path outside until you reach the jump pad.

Find a way to enter the ventilation shaft

Use the jump pad to jump into the ventilation shaft.

Clean the top section of the ventilation shaft

Take out your Industrial Explosives and use them to clear the debris from the large fan’s blades.

Clean the middle section of the ventilation shaft (0/2)

After the top part is clear, the blades will begin to spin. Use the rope on the east side of the platform to head down to the middle section. Destroy the desires on the fan from here as well.

Clean the base section of the ventilation shaft

There is no path to the base section, so from the same position you destroyed the middle sections’ debris, look down and destroy the debris in the base section.

Return to the control room and talk to Ingol

Once the fan is cleared of all debris, open the door in the ventilation shaft on the opposite side and follow the path back outside.

Return to the control room where Ingol is and speak to her.

You receive 50 Oroberyl, 3,350 T-Creds, 9 Intermediate Combat Records, 5 Protoprism, 7 Arms INSP Kits, and 200 EXP.

This finishes the Explosive Rescue Exploration Mission in Arknights Endfield.
