Capturing Music / Pulse of the City is a side mission in NTE (Neverness to Everness). The quest is initially called “Capturing Music” on the map, but once started the name changes to “Pulse of the City” in the quest log.
- Starting Location: Film Orbit Studio on Hankaku Street
- Quest Giver: Bilar
- Requirement: Finish Rookie Photographer side quest
- Reward: 2000 Fons, 10 Annulith, 50 Bridge Crossing Footprint Points
- Quest Description: Find the street musician Bilar mentioned and photograph them. Chat with documentary photographer Bilar, then photograph the street musician he found.
Objectives:
- Find the street musician Bilar mentioned and photograph them.
- Go to Bluegaze Campground and photograph the people barbecuing
- Find people who are dance battling and photograph them
- Photograph Clement Academy students

Find the street musician Bilar mentioned and photograph them
After finishing the Rookie Photographer quest you will unlock 2 more photography quests. One of them is Pulse of the City in which Bilar asks you to take pictures of people in the area. First he will ask you to take pictures of some street musician.
Go to Bluegaze Campground and photograph the people barbecuing
Your second target will be to take a picture of people having a barbecue at the Bluegaze Campground.
Find people who are dance battling and photograph them
Afterwards you will have to take a picture of people doing a dance battle. Just teleport to the Wertheim Tower since they are right next to it.
Photograph Clement Academy students
Finally take a picture of a student at the Academy and head back to Bilar to finish the quest.
This finishes Capturing Music (Pulse of the City) side quest in NTE (Neverness to Everness).
