Beast of Reincarnation All Blade Locations

August 5, 2026 by Gage 3 Comments

Beast of Reincarnation contains 21 Blade (Sword) weapon locations. Collecting all weapons is required for the trophy/achievement Blade Collector for obtaining all 21 blades, as well as Blade Enthusiast for upgrading all blades to +3. Blades are found throughout the game by picking them up in certain locations, as well as automatically obtained during story progression.

Nothing is missable, you can still find everything after the story in free-roam before entering New Game+.

Blades do not get marked on the map when you are near them, so they can be easy to miss due to how small they are when found in the environment. Recollecting Blades in NG+ awards Amber instead of the weapon.

Collectibles Overview:

  • Beast of Reincarnation Collectible Guide

Blades are listed in the order they appear in the equipment menu. The game sorts this list somewhat in the order they can be obtained throughout the game.

Blades

Blade #1: Mechblade (Standard)
Starting weapon that you have from the beginning of the game.

Blade #2: Purifier Blade
Starting weapon that you have from the beginning of the game.

Blade #3: First Moon – Giant Tree Zone
North of Cableway – Line 0: Base Station campsite, go up the stairs to the top of the building and across to the Line 1 gondola. Interact with the Curious Golem to give him the box dropped by the first Corvus boss, and he will give you the sword. Whether you look in the box and tell him you looked in the box doesn’t matter.

Blade #4: Cirrus Sword – Ogouchi Buffer Zone
At Nushi’s Lair: Gate Approach campsite, able to be picked up after speaking with the Gatekeeper Golem.

Blade #5: Mechblade (Light) – Ogouchi Buffer Zone
Directly above the Ruined Tower Area campsite on the top floor of the Ruined Tower, in the tent behind where the Elite Golem was located.

Blade #6: Mechblade (Heavy) – Ancient Civilization Zone
South of Reservoir Interior campsite, through the room where Lacerta is fought for the first time, on the other side of the hole in the ground that the characters comment on during the story, directly in front of the Lore Painting.

Blade #7: Thunderwave Sword – Ancient Civilization Zone
Automatically received after defeating the Elite Golem while obtaining the Lightning Stone during story progression.

Blade #8: Purity – Ancient Civilization Zone
South of Raging River campsite, purchase from Ancient Golem vendor.

Blade #9: Bell Sword – The Great Wall Terraces
South of Mountain Plaza: Forefront campsite, purchase from Wandering Merchant vendor. Also available from later instances of the Wandering Merchant or from Brad when you continue to the next region.

Blade #10: Hunter’s Sword – The Great Wall Terraces
Directly beside Great Forest Entrance campsite, interact with the Storyteller Golem and choose to listen to their story, then pick up the sword beside them.

Blade #11: Sunrise Sword – Pilgrim’s Zone
North of Scorched Grassland campsite in the middle of the path.

Blade #12: Resonance Sword – Matsukawa Zone
Northwest of Cave Entrance campsite, in the room where you are required to fight the three Malefact to progress, in front of the Lore Painting.

Blade #13: Hazebringer – Matsukawa Zone
South of Upper Matsukawa Colony (Front) go through the door on the central pillar and then take the elevator down to the lower area. After taking the elevator down to the lower level it is sticking out of a Malefact body in the second room.

Blade #15: Fall Thunder – Giant Tree Zone

Blade #17: Spring Storm – Crater Zone
Southeast of Lake Base: Outer Wall, in the hallway beside a Golem corpse before reaching the control panel room.

Blade #18: Silverlight – Inukami River Zone
Southeast of Ruined Plaza campsite, stuck in the ground in the very center of the central stone platform.

Blade #19: Black Blossom – Mount Hiei Zone

Blade #20: Camellia – The Capital
After defeating Kunai and Kirin boss, this is inside the Cleanse Walker opposite Emma’s bed.

I have all 21 blades, including the one you get in NG+, and all of them are upgraded to +3. As far as I know, +3 is the maximum level.

I finished my first playthrough and got all the trophies I could before starting NG+. After getting the NG+ blade, I checked my collection and confirmed that I have all 21.

The problem is that I still haven’t unlocked either Blade Collector or Blade Enthusiast.

    I’ve already tried:

    * Equipping all 21 blades one by one.
    * Going through the upgrade menu and selecting all of them again.
    * Saving and restarting the game.
    * Completely closing the game and starting it again.
    * Installing the latest PS5 update.

Nothing has made either trophy unlock.

Has anyone had the same problem? If you managed to get them to unlock, what did you do?

I’m trying to get the Platinum, so these two trophies are becoming a bit frustrating ????

    Thanks!

Funny and pretty obvious thing, but I fell for this too. If you own the Deluxe Edition, the Deluxe blade does NOT count toward the trophy. That means you should have 22 blades total, not 21.

Check your blade list carefully. You’re probably missing one of the 21 base-game blades.

Hope this saves someone else the confusion! 🙂

If you bought deluxe version like me, then you should have 22 swords, so that might be why you think you got all 21 swords, because I made the same mistake lol
