Onimusha Way of the Sword contains 8 Mysteries of Kyoto locations. Finding all Mysteries of Kyoto unlocks the Demystified trophy & achievement.
Mysteries of Kyoto can be tracked in the ‘Curious Cases’ menu as Observations. They aren’t unlocked until completing the mission “What Lurks in the Shadows”. They are located on the map and their starting locations are marked by a butterfly on the map.
You can still free-roam and find all collectibles up until the Point of No Return before the final mission “The Clash At Rendaino”. If you keep a manual save from this point, then you can still clean up everything from there.
