Material Description: Crafting material used for making Providence Defense gear.
Grade 3 Fibers are light enough for personal body armor, but still strong enough to be used in a wide range of protective equipment. The Rhode Island manufacturing plant runs on solar and wind energy, and the processes have been organized to remove all toxins from the fibers.
How to Get: Random high-level Elite Enemy Drop, dismantling purple or yellow rarity Providence Defense gear.
Usage: Used at the Crafting Station to make gear from the Providence Defense set.
Up to 20 can be held at once when you obtain the Crafting Material 3 perk.
