The Vaccine Synthesis in the Lab of NEST 2 is a Puzzle in Resident Evil 3 Remake. This guide will show you the solution for the Vaccine Puzzle in RE3 Remake (2020).
It’s a main puzzle you can’t miss, taking place on the 2nd floor of the Nest 2 area in an unnamed laboratory room. Some preparation is required to make the Vaccine ingredients.
Where to find Vaccine Parts: The Liquid-filled Test Tube is found in the ‘Incubation Lab’ & the Culture Sample is found in ‘Lab 1’.
First, you need to interact with a console next to the Vaccine Synthesizer to get a red flash drive. Insert it on the locked door on the 1st floor near the safe room. Stay on the ground floor and follow the path all the way till the end to reach an elevator. The elevator brings you to the floor where the Incubation Lab is. Take the Liquid-filled Test Tube from the shelf.
Now backtrack to the room where you opened the door with the red flash drive. In this room you can head upstairs to Lab 1. Interact with the panel there to get Culture Sample.
Open the inventory and combine Liquid-filled Test Tube + Culture Sample to make Vaccine Base. Now insert the Vaccine Base in the synthesizer in the room where you got the flash drive (unnamed room left of Lab 1 on the map, 2nd floor in NEST 2 area).
Vaccine Puzzle Solution: Mid – High – Low
Enter this combination from left to right and the Vaccine Synthesis Sequence will complete!
When done correctly you get the pink Vaccine key item and the story can continue. That’s all you need to do in NEST 2 to put together the Vaccine.
