Final Fantasy 16 (XVI) Aiming High Walkthrough

Aiming High is a Side Quest in Final Fantasy 16 (XVI). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Aiming High side mission.

• Starting Location: The Hideaway
• Quest Giver: Josselin
• Requirement: Unlocked during the ‘Back to their Origin‘ Main Quest after speaking with Jill. Must also have completed Side Quest: On Balance.
• Reward: 5600 XP, 500 AP, 30 Renown, Curiosity: Model Airship
• Quest Info: The Hideaway’s children have noticed that after returning from Stonhyrr, Mid is no longer her usual chipper self and are concerned that something might be amiss.

Objectives:

• Speak with Mid
• Ask the Cursebreakers for ideas
• Obtain oil from Auldhyl (0/2)
• Defeat a desert tor in Corava
• Deliver the materials to Mid
• Speak with the children in the atrium
• Deliver the cogwheel to Mid

Speak with Mid

Mid is in her dungeon down the stairs in this room.

Ask the Cursebreakers for ideas

Speak to Ronan, Cursebreaker in the Mess.

Obtain oil from Auldhyl (0/2)

First, travel west to the Auldhyl Docks and you can find two lots of oil, both on crates in the search area.

Defeat a desert tor in Corava

Fast travel south to Davozd and head south-west to Uld Bidza. Defeat the enemy.

Deliver the materials to Mid

Give Mid the items in her dungeon.

Speak with the children in the atrium

Head upstairs and talk to the kids.

Deliver the cogwheel to Mid

Go back downstairs to Mid.
