Forest Rendezvous is the fourth subquest in the Prologue: Act 1, The Outlander Who Caught The Wind, an Archon Quest in Genshin Impact. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Forest Rendezvous Archon Subquest.
Forest Rendezvous is unlocked automatically when you finish the previous subquest, Unexpected Power.

Mission Description: Follow Paimon as she helps you understand your new setting, Starfell Valley.

Head to Mondstadt
After speaking with Paimon, continue your journey to Mondstadt City. Remember you can run by holding 
/ 
to speed things up.
Advance to The Heart of The Forest
As you go down the path, a massive blue dragon flies overhead and touches down in the forest nearby. Paimon directs you to investigate.
Talk to Paimon
In the forest, you come across a boy in green and white clothes, interacting with the massive dragon in a clearing. Paimon ends up drawing their attention and spooking the dragon, causing it to roar before flying off. The boy in green and white follows after the dragon. Afterward you get to make a dialogue choice again but it doesn’t matter what you choose, it only changes the next line of dialogue you get in response.
Investigate What Paimon Found
Finding yourself alone in the forest, Paimon notices a red crystalline object, a Crimson Crystal, sitting where the dragon had been. Go pick it up to trigger another dialogue with Paimon.
The story automatically transitions into the next quest: Wind-Riding Knight
