God of War – Konunsgard Collectible Locations

April 19, 2018 by PowerPyx 1 Comment

Konunsgard contains 16 Collectible Locations in God of War (2018, PS4). This walkthrough will guide you to all the collectibles in Konunsgard Region in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included. Nothing is missable, everything can be collected after the story.

  • Favours: 2
  • Mystic Gateways: 2
  • Shops: 1
  • Realm Tear Encounters: 1
  • Legendary Chests: 1
  • Lore Markers: 2
  • Nornir Chests: 1
  • Odin’s Ravens: 5
  • Jötnar Shrine (Starkadr, not tracked): 1
  • Dragons (counts as favour): 1

To access the Konunsgard Region you need Brok & Sindir’s side quest “Hail to the King” which you get after doing all their other side quests in Midgard.

Video Guide

#1 – Favor 1/2 (Hail to the King) – 0:05
You can trigger this quest at Brok’s shop only in Tyr’s Temple, after having completed all 4 Dwarven Favors in Midgard (2 for Sindri, 2 for Brok). After doing all their favors both Sindri and Brok will be back together in the shop. You need this quest to access Konungsgard.

#2 – Mystic Gateway 1/2 – 1:17
Take the boat to the Konungsgard area. The Mystic Gateway is prominently placed on the path into Konunsgard, in plain sight and impossible to overlook.

#3 – Lore Marker 1/2 – 2:13
Continue deeper into Konunsgard. After climbing up the first chain it’s right in front of you, in plain sight.

#4 – Shop 1/1 – 2:55
In plain sight after the last lore stone.

#5 – Raven 1/5 – 3:06
From Sindri’s Shop, take the path on the left (must throw axe to freeze the poison blocking the path). Then walk to the end of the area where a red chest is. From here you can see the raven sitting on some stones facing the red chest.

#6 – Mystic Gateway 2/2 – 3:30
Continue on the quest path into Konunsgard, then you’ll find this mystic gate in plain sight.

We’re now going to the main gate to the throne room that requires 2 keys to open. There are no collectibles on the left path, only on the right path.

#7 – Raven 2/5 – 4:00
From the main gate (the one that needs you to find 2 keys), take the path on the right. You’ll come to a part where you must climb up a stone pillar. From the stone pillar you can see the raven way back in the area, up high, barely visible, in the direction of Sindri’s Shop. Very hard to see, it hides behind a stone and blends in with the environment. Turn up the volume and listen closely for the metallic raven sound. It’s just before you encounter the dragon.

#8 – Raven 3/5 – 5:10
Sits below the dragon.

#9 – Raven 4/5 – 5:38
On your path to the third dragon shrine up the hill, this raven sits on the right side of the path, easy to see.

#10 – Lore Marker 2/2 – 6:15
Just after the raven, on that same path in plain sight. Impossible to not see this.

#11 – Favor 2/2 (Dragon: The Fire of Reginn) – 6:37
Free the dragon by destroying the 3 dragon shrines. One is up the hill at the very end of the area (after opening the gate with 3 rune seals by throwing a red explosive ball at it). One is found just in front of the dragon, in plain sight. The last is in a small tunnel to the left of the dragon.

We’re now backtracking to the main gate that leads to the throne room and will enter it.

#12 – Jötnar Shrine 1/1 (Starkadr) – 8:09
After you got both keys to open the central door (see Hail to the King Walkthrough), head inside and take the path on the right. The Jotnar Shrine is called “Starkadr”, like all the others it’s not tracked as a collectible but needed for trophy “The Truth”.

#13 – Raven 5/5 – 9:15
Just after the Jotnar shrine, follow the right path all the way to the end and the raven will be sitting up high where the light is coming from.

#14 – Legendary Chest 1/1 – 9:30
After escaping the throne room, up the hill. Also in plain sight, easy to spot.

#15 – Nornir Chest 1/1 (Rage Upgrade) – 10:26
At the very top of the hill, very easy to see. At the top wall of the castle. You must use the Chaos Blades to grab the green ball of energy. Then put it on the right side until it spins to the rune “N”. Grab the green ball of energy and now put it on the left side. Hit the “C” and “R” runes while the runes are spinning, then quickly sprint over to the right side and hit the “N” rune. You must hit all three fast enough to open the Nornir Chest for a Rage Upgrade.

#16 – Realm Tear Encounter 1/1 – 11:34
In plain sight, after the Nornir Chest at the top of the hill.

That’s 100% of the collectibles you can find in Konunsgard area in God of War.

Next Up: Cliffs of the Raven

The last raven in this list has its sound coming from behind the wall, so I was going nuts trying to find a room that never existed, I doubt they will ever fix it.
