Location: Hogsmeade
Quest Giver: Clementine Willardsey
Quest Level: Level 5
Requirement: Having Finished Main Quest: Potions Class
Reward: 
Followed the Butterflies, Conjuration Spellcraft, 180XP
Mission Info: I overheard Clementine Willardsey talking to herself in the Three Broomsticks. She mentioned something about a swarm of butterflies.
Objectives:
- Talk to Clementine Willardsey
- Find the butterflies in the Forbidden Forest
- Find out where the butterflies are going
- Return to Miss Willardsey
Starting Location: Follow the Butterflies
Talk to Clementine Willardsey
Talk to Clementine inside the Three Broomsticks, she wants you to find and follow some butterflies.
Find the butterflies in the Forbidden Forest
Follow the quest marker to the Forbidden Forest, you will find a small swarm of Butterflies near the beginning of the Forbidden Forest.
Find out where the butterflies are going
The Butterflies will lead you through the small river nearby and then to a chest.
Once you looted the chest you will unlock Followed the Butterflies.
Return to Miss Willardsey
After you found the chest, go back to Miss Willardsey.
This finishes Follow the Butterflies Side Quest in Hogwarts Legacy.

I have completed the potions class mission and others but this quest wont spawn 🙁

Never mind, it popped after completing the Main Quest Jackdaw’s Rest :).
