Mafia The Old Country: Man of Honor DLC has 15 Sulfur Truck Locations. Destroying all the Sulfur Trucks is required for the A Working Man trophy & achievement. This guide shows all their locations.
They are all found in Free Ride mode (open world), not during the story. The Sulfur Trucks are part of Salieri’s Jobs in Free Ride. First, you must head to Free Ride and talk to Salieri at his warehouse in Porto Almaro. You’ll be able to keep track of your Sulfur Truck progress by pressing 
(PS5) / 
(Xbox) while in the map to open Salieri’s Jobs menu.
The Sulfur Trucks require purchasing the Man of Honor DLC.
