Great Stoutbone is a crafting material in Monster Hunter Wilds. It is used to craft various Weapons, Armor and Upgrades.

Item Description: Great Stoutbone is the bone of a large, high ranking monster. Extremely solid and durable (Rarity 6).

Location:

• It can be obtained as a quest reward from High-Rank Field Surveys (beating monsters in the open world). On the world map you can click on monsters to see what rewards they will give (X on PS5 / A on Xbox), then click on Quest Rewards (R1 on PS5 / RB on Xbox). For example, from some Ajarakans in Oilwell Basin, but not all of them will give the same reward.
  
• Can be obtained from various 5+ Star Optional Quests as a reward (Doshaguma Hunt, Annihilating Anguish, Blangonga Excursion)
• It’s not gathered from Bone Piles.
