The side mission 12 isn’t bugged, after you find the (spoilers) brain gun there is a note with piano keyes that say C.A.G.E. Once you are back in the main area there is a piano just enter the keys as CAGE the walkway drops down and you can get to the area for the side quest.
ObsiEez says
Thank you for this. Spent 2 hours running around that mission trying to figure it out & thought it had something to do with the piano, but couldn’t find a code for it anywhere. The guide has been updated with this information

Do the side missions stack like some of the other trophies? I literally missed the first side quest but went back to an earlier save and completed it. Will continuing from my most recent save stack it? Or does it need to be done 14 in a row in one play through?
ObsiEez says
No. You have to have them all completed on a single save

In Side Job 3: The Things We Keep, the letter was behind the bar not on the rope for me, not sure if it can appear in different places or you were mistaken when writing the guide haha.
ObsiEez says
I think it might have different spawn points since in another run I noticed it spawned somewhere else. I’ll update the gate to state that it can spawn randomly around the room if not found there
