#1 – Public Order
Located south of Shibuya.
#2 – Veiled Edge Banner
Unlocked automatically as soon as you have completed the Public Order.
#3 – Cat
To avoid frightening the cat, it is best to sneak up to it with 
and then pet it. The cat is on top of the house.
#4 – Veiled Edge Banner
The Veiled Edge Banner is located to the east of Shibuya.
#5 – Shrine
Located northeast of Shibuya.
#6 – Cat
The cat is located on the treetop behind the shrine. To get to the cat, you have to climb the tree with the grappling hook.
#7 – Veiled Edge Banner
Located on the western side of Shibuya.
#8 – Landmark: Odani Dojo
Located next to the Veiled Edge Banner on the western side of Shibuya.
#9 – Fugitive: Tomizo the Homeless
Tomizo the Homeless is located at the end of the river west of the Odani Dojo.
#10 – Fugitive: Tojiro the Safecracker
Tojiro the Safecracker is located at the end of the river west of the Odani Dojo.
#11 – Treasure Chest
Inside the House.
#12 – Treasure Chest
The Treasure Chest is located on the mountain. To get to the chest, you have to climb the tree next to it and glide there with your wings.

The Treasure Chest is located next to the two boats in front of the hill.
