In-Isa Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is found on Great Sky Island and visited during Main Quest “The Closed Door“.
When entering the shrine you unlock the “Fuses” ability. It allows you to attach something to an equipped weapon or shield to enhance it. You can undo the fusion, but that will destroy whatever has been attached. Follow the steps outline below to finish the shrine:
- Pick up the “Rusty Claymore” sword straight ahead from where you enter the shrine. Select it from your weapons list (hold ). Now press + to select “Fuses” ability. Walk up to the Boulders and press to combine the boulder with the sword. With the newly combined Boulder Hammer press to attack the stone blockade, thus opening the path ahead.
- In the next section, take a right turn and pick up the Bow and Fire Fruits from the tree. Now hold + to pull out your bow and open the item select, then to select the Fire Fruit. This combines the Fire Fruit with your Arrow to make a Burning Arrow. Shoot it at the vines on the wall, where a platform with a chest is. This will drop the chest, open it for a Small Key, then use the key on the door on the main path. Bonus: you can destroy the left pillar in front of the door with your Boulder Hammer to get a bonus chest.
- The next room has a pretty tough enemy using ranged and melee attacks, and he has much more health than previous enemies. The easiest method is to shoot him with arrows from a safe distance. You can also run in and land 1 strike with your Boulder Hammer, then quickly run away and wait for another opening. There are a bunch of weapons and combinable items in this arena should you need them. Afterward, smash the stone blockade with your Boulder Hammer like you did in the first room.
Now simply follow the path upstairs to the green Shrine. Interact with it to restore some power to your hand and get a Light of Blessing.
Upon leaving the Shrine you also get an Energy Cell, which can power Zonai devices. Steward Construct will point you in the direction of a cave, go through the cave to find some Zonai devices. You can attack them to other things like wooden logs, then strike a Zonai fan to make a turbine-powered raft, allowing you to cross lakes easily.
Next you must complete Gutanbac Shrine before you can open the door to the Temple of Time.
For all other Shrines refer to Zelda Tears of the Kingdom All Shrines.
