Inner Daemons is unlocked after completing Side Quest: Lyre and Brimstone.

Requirement: having completed Side Quest: Lyre and Brimstone.

Mission Info: Since you went and murder-killed Zygaxis’s human host. it’s up to you to find him a new one. Yes. we know he’s a daemon. just go with it.

- Choose a sin below / Optional Objective: Con townsfolk out of money & Optional Objective: Cut in line

Starting Location: Inner Daemons
Starts in Weepwild Dankness after Side Quest: Lyre and Brimstone.
Go to Brighthoof
Just go to Brighthoof. The fastest way is by fast traveling there.
Talk to Zygaxis
Once you reached Brighthoof, find Zygaxis and talk to him.
Open the gate
Zygaxis wants you to open the gate next to you.
Choose a sin below / Optional Objective: Con townsfolk out of money & Optional Objective: Cut in line
Now you have to choose between conning townfolks or cut in line. It doesn’t matter what you choose. You can’t do both sins.

Choose a sin below / Optional Objective: Deface buildings & Optional Objective: Play a prank
After the previous sin, you have to choose between two new sins. Again, it doesn’t matter which one you are choosing. You can’t do both sins.

Choose a sin one last time, again it doesn’t matter. You can’t do both sins.

Talk to Zygaxis
Talk to Zygaxis after doing the sins.
Melee gate
Melee the gate next to you to open it.
Explore alley
Explore the alley you just entered.
Find hidden switch
Find the hidden switch, which is not so hidden.
Search catacombs
Enter the catacombs and follow that path to the end.
Kill everything
Well, kill everything.
Pick up Shadeborne Grimoire
Pick up the book in the middle of the room.
Find host for Zygaxis
Find a host for Zygaxis. It doesn’t matter which one you are choosing.

This side quest did not count towards my completed side quests counter for the “Completionist is Next to Godliness” trophy.
I suspect that on the second sin when choosing between defacing the building or playing a prank. I had defaced one out of three of the buildings then played the prank.
I’m halfway thru my first playthrough so if i don’t get the trophy upon finishing all side quests i’ll re-do this one on my second playthrough and see if it resolves it.
